I have attempted to contact Katapult Custer service FOUR times and cannot get to a representative, every attempt resulted in a robomessage stating all agents are offline try again later. FOUR attempts, four different days and times. The most recent about thirty minutes ago and always the same message. I need help with this order, TIRE AGENT STILL HAS NOT SHIPPED THE ORDER NOR UPDATED THE STATUS IT STILL SHOWS '? ? ?in process'? ? ? it'? ? ?s been SIX DAYS. I need assistance but cannot get it from your company nor tire agent.
