I fell behind by one payment due to my card being stolen and needing to get replaced, as soon as I got the new card, I went to their app in order to pay my past due. When I got in, it said I owed double, which was the last payment and the upcoming payment. It said all of it was due immediately, so I mad the payment thinking that took care of my upcoming payment. Instead they charged me AGAIN. There was no warning or notification that paying early would not count to my upcoming payment, and it ended up overdrafting me. I contacted them and they refunded the payment, but didn't tell em it would once again put me behind, and they're refusing to fix this.
