Communication is key to retaining customers

I wish InboxDollars would communicate changes on their website.There has been no Winit Code posted via Twitter*X* since April 3rd 2025.There is no Bingo game for April as of the 17th.That is my only complaint.The survey's and games and Magic Receipts are still working as of this review.

Surveys "not the right fit"

Just joined today and spent about half an hour trying to do surveys, but all of them, about 5, said "not the right fit" I don't like my time being wasted. Maybe other ways of making a little money work, but not the surveys.

InboxDollars is Getting Much Worse Than Before!

It has gotten a lot worse! Not only do a lot of surveys waste your time and pay little no matter how hard and honest you are being with doing surveys to constantly be unfairly kicked out over and over, but now more surveys will have the random chance of taking you to Swagbucks instead of taking you back to InboxDollars to pay you for your hard work you've done when completing surveys, making the effort all for nothing. Oh, you know what's also worse? Now when you report problems, you get canned robot responses, which makes you then have to go to the contacts to click on review tickets to have them actually pay attention to the unfair issues that happen.Wanna know what's worse? Now since last week, not only have they got rid of the search option to slowly build up the scratch cards to earn smidge cents, but now when you click on "review tickets" to try to actually get in real contact with them, it doesn't work anymore! Instead of taking you to tell them your problems, InboxDollars will take you to its sibling site Swagbucks to sign up there, just like how insulting it is for finishing a survey to get nothing from it but to persuade you to sign up for Swagbucks. I don't know if this is a sign that InboxDollars will be dead at some point or if they're trying to force us to use Swagbucks, but it's infuriating what's been going on lately, and they SERIOUSLY NEED TO FIX their website and get rid of useless survey providers that keep wasting our time!
