Review Time
I used to love InboxDollars, but over the past few weeks, they have stopped honoring their rewards for broken or scam surveys. Most days 2-3 surveys will scam me out of payment and InboxDollars wants the name of the survey and a screenshot. Most times that is not possible. I feel like this is a waste of time anymore. Very disappointed and considering leaving after 6+ years of using it.
I can only speak to the surveys aspect of working with this company, and it is a COMPLETE SCAM! I thought this would be "easy" money and this is the hardest $10 I have ever earned in my life. The way this works they give you "X" survey that is supposed to take "Y" time and pay out "Z." But the problem is, a LOT of the surveys have you answer many questions and even COMPLETE the survey -- and then you're bounced out. I kept track of time spent: I spent over six hours to earn $10 last night and that was because I kept going into surveys and getting bounced out after being in the survey and answering questions for up to thirty minutes at a time before being bounced out. So you KNOW they're keeping your data and your work product, they're just not willing to pay you a cent. It's fair to do a few qualifying questions, like two or three, and then bounce you out. But not thirty minutes worth. Not when the amount in question is fifty cents or even less. The other thing is that EVERY survey wants your age, race, location, bla bla and you have to endlessly REPEAT this information. If they could put it all on one button that you could load into each new survey, I might stick around. But I can't handle another minute of this. Let's see if they pay me in two days. They said it could take up to ten days. This is NOT "easy money." I don't know if "easy money" exists but this is not it.
