First time id verified quickly. Second time it was super quick. Third time and it has been held up due to the fact that I changed the type of currency I was trading in. Ita ? ?s now been nearly 30 hours, and still the transaction is on hold. Nevertheless, the company worked really well the first two times, so I hope they accept my ID (again the same drivera ? ?s licence, which is mine and matches all my correct details) quickly and let the transaction through. After the response below from Harmonetix wallet, I did get in touch with their support team, and they were very reassuring, hence the upgrade to five stars

06/22/2025. I sent a payment via TrustWallet to buy 0.00150198 BTC for 150.00 USD. Transaction ID: 0e12ad1864ea91543. I purchased 0.00150198 BTC to BTC wallet: bc1q47trgr2ypzedg7e3m7z2vczs22gux7d63lckl8. However, I have not received anything. I had to contact Harmonetix wallet support and then file a complaint with the Harmonetix wallet help center. They tracked the transaction. They checked their system carefully and confirmed that my transaction was processed successfully on the blockchain. After confirmation, I contacted TrustWallet support and they finally solved the problem. It took three days.
