I had an excellent experience at Halfords on Newport Road in Cardiff recently. We brought our car in for its MOT, and although it initially failed on one issue, the team went above and beyond to help us out.Dave and Jason in particular were absolutely fantastic – friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. They explained everything clearly, helped us sort the problem quickly, and even allowed us to redo the test there and then, which they didn’t have to do. That kind of service is rare these days, and it really took the stress out of the situation.Thanks to their kindness and efficiency, what could have been a really frustrating day turned into a positive one.
