Booked and paid for my bike to be.

Booked and paid for my bike to be serviced on 10th Aug. When I came to collect it after my holiday on the 16th Aug, it still hadn't been done as the team had been busy. No one had even communicated when dropping the bike or during the week that it may not be done.The guy I spoke to when collecting it did kindly service it then but I had to wait around an hour for this to be done!
