I went to the Milton Keynes store last Friday to have a new headlight bulb fitted. I grabbed two in a deal and had one of the assistants fit the bulbs. Unfortunately it turned out that the bulb holder itself was at fault. The assistant told me which part I needed to get and that I could come back and he would fit it. I came back three days later and the young assistant wasn't there. But another assistant called Harvey agreed to fit the bulb holder and new bulb. It turned out to be a difficult job, requiring Harvey to unbolt lots of parts and take out the entire headlight. He was relentless in getting the job done despite it taking the best part of an hour. I was very impressed with his determination to do the job and his ability to to do it. I am so thrilled with the service I received and the help top get my car road worthy again. Thank you.
