It seems Halfords are on a quest to lose customers.There auto' range has been shrinking for some time, but even with the closure of my nearest store I persevered, and went online.Having a Trade Card gave me access to some good prices, but when I tried to use it said it needed registering and I should go in store. Having had the card for a few years that was a bit strange, but I went into store anyway. Staff found no issue and I was able to use.I tried to use online but the same message came up. The virtual assistant was virtually useless and eventually put me through to an agent.Who promptly closed the chat !An Email was met with the reply 'case closed' ?I tried calling customer service, that's a misnomer.After going through the various menu's to the 'complaint' section, the call ended.So it seems Halfords do not want Trade Custom ?
