As a single lady travelling on her own, I went into Halfords in Aberdeen. I was collecting a car for a friend from Morrisons carpark opposite the store and on arrival I found the battery was flat on the vehicle. Andy offered to come and jump start the vehicle, which actually belong to one of their customers. Within minutes I was on my way. I cannot rate halfords and especially Andy for his help in a desperate moment. Thank you so much Andy 10/10
