I had fantastic service from Ryan (Halfords, Windmill Road, Croydon). He was patient, answered all of my questions and fitted some wheel trims to my car in double-quick time. I hope that Halfords management gets to see this review and rewards him with a bonus - I would go so far as to suggest that he gets a promotion - he is definitely the kind of person who should be in a lead/supervisory position with the customer service skills that he has.
