Halfords Bedford Stuart is a worker who was very frustrated and angry to both customers and his own staff upon arrival. When queueing he was on his microphone saying “I can’t be 3 f***ing places at once, if you can’t come down here, close the f***ing doors”. We were then seen, and we asked if a bulb could be changed and he said “5 minutes before closing?” “Do you think we would be able to do it 5 minutes before, with (he listed one current jobs being done)”. We then replied “apologies we didn’t know the store was closing but you could be a little nicer” and he said “could be” in a very condescending voice while turning is head and we said “should be” and then he echoed the same statement back saying “should be” and then started being very aggressive. Very unprofessional, patronising and antagonising. I am now having to find a solution elsewhere. The whole encounter was unprovoked and he spoke the same to other people in the queue.
