Yesterday I visited Rotherham Canklow store, as I had an issue connecting my dash cam to my phone. I’d already visited another store who weren’t able to help, however the man on the till - unfortunately I didn’t get his name, but he was tall, with a beard and wearing a black shirt and trousers - was exceptional. I didn’t have an appointment, but he took the time to look at the issue and immediately found the problem and corrected it in 5 minutes.Good customer service representatives are brand ambassadors for their company and this guy was superb. A great communicator, and a credit to the store.Hopefully Halfords can narrow down who he is and pass on my thanks.
