I ordered a new child's car seat on line and paid with an e gift voucher. I was then e mailed to say it was not in stock so I went into the store to cancel. I was told the money would go back on the gift card within 36 hours. 20 days later I am still waiting. Customer services were very unhelpful. I was given an e mail address to send details to but then received an automated reply stating the e mail address was no longer in use! The store have been trying to resolve the issue so from this angle they have been very helpful. However it is totally unacceptable to still be waiting for this to be resolved. I am chasing every day!
