My order is missing. They are making it as difficult as possible to receive a replacement order. I have been contacting them since the 13th to tell them that Evi have told me the order is missing and I need a replacement! I just keep getting the response that someone is looking into it or it's with another department who do not talk directly to customers etc. It's absolutely appalling that you can't just send a replacement when the customer has spent money and not received any product!
