From start to finish the whole process has been handled in a friendly and professional manner with very clear communication. We would particularly like to thank the delivery team of Tony, David and Marcus who were extremely polite and diligent, they went to great lengths to ensure we were happy with the furniture.
We ordered a second bed for our master bedroom around 2 weeks ago as we were so impressed with a bed we purchased for a guest room around a year ago. Our experience from ordering with Ian in the Southampton store to delivery has been second to none with both beds. Today the delivery team arrived before I had removed our old bed at 10am.Chris and Christian were delivering and said it was ok they would dismantle the old bed for us.They were very courteous and careful in our house including putting floor covering down and removing shoes, they took all rubbish away and check if we were happy with the bed including placement.They are both a credit to Furniture Village.Thank you all from sales to delivery 5 Star company and service.
