They helped me get important information, so I'm giving them a review of 4 today. The man who helped me was Ajay I think but this rate is for anyone who helped me out. They were very patient with me. This review is not for Ezey wallet the company itself because I think there are many issues with CB and it's not the best exchange but the specific people who did help out today, get a rating of 4. It did take longer but they were patient and I'm glad they were able to get what I needed.I think it would benefit customers and Ezey wallet to have a certified phone line as well. People would be able to access a representative easily by confirming their identity like a bank would. That would be a good idea for CB. Ezey wallet should also disclose why an account may be restricted or shut down as some people have lost hard-earned money.
