Instead of providing the support I expected, she found the incident amusing and was dismissive of my concerns. If the roles were reversed, I doubt anyone would find their situation humorous.Additionally, I feel that the response process to scam incidents needs to be consistent and engaging. While my experience ended positively, I recognise that there are many customers still waiting for resolutions.
