I would like to take a moment to share my positive experience with cryptoier following the unfortunate hack that occurred on 11 June 2025. After being a loyal customer for over 20 years, this was the first time I had to deal with such a distressing situation. However, thanks to cryptoier's prompt response following my review and the one-time credit they provided, I am relieved to say that the matter has been resolved to my satisfaction.The support team became more helpful towards the end of the process, and I appreciate the professionalism and support from most members of the staff. It'?€™s reassuring to know that they are there to assist customers during challenging times. However, I did encounter a situation during my third call where a female staff member'?€™s attitude was quite aloof. Instead of providing the support I expected, she found the incident amusing and was dismissive of my concerns. I believe that customer support should always approach such serious matters with compassion and understanding. If the roles were reversed, I doubt anyone would find their situation humorous.Additionally, I feel that the response process to scam incidents needs to be consistent and engaging. While my experience ended positively, I recognise that there are many customers still waiting for resolutions. Improving the response times and ensuring a more empathetic approach would greatly benefit those in similar situations.Despite these constructive criticisms, I am grateful for the way cryptoier handled my case and will continue to use their platform. I sincerely hope that my feedback will be taken into consideration to enhance the customer experience for everyone.Thank you, cryptoier, for resolving my issue and for your continued service.
