Abdul Mu'min Larney was very helpful

Abdul Mu'min Larney was very helpful fixing a problem caused by another employee not doing what they promised to do (and this happens too often with your company). However Abdul was very pleasant and professional in resolving the issue, even altho' it was a "Retentions" issue and he is in Sales! He deserves 5 stars, but your business doesn't!

Scammer, they over charge your bills. the staff lie to get you into a contract, Customer service shambles, They don't respond to complaints, avoid at all costs this company.

These guys are horrible. I used there services once a year ago and they're still barraging me. It was like 14 quid and now they're trying to charge me 60 a year later!! These guys are taking the PISS

SCAMMERS

SCAMMERS - do not go near them. Before signing up, we explicitly checked with them to make sure their service would work at our location'???they assured us it would. But after signing up, we found out it doesn'???t work at all!Now they'???re refusing to cancel and are claiming they don'???t offer a 14-day cooling-off period, even though that'???s UK law for distance selling. This feels like a total scam! They misled us into signing up and are now ignoring our rights.We'???ll be taking it further with Trading Standards and the Ombudsman. Avoid this company'???they'???re not honest, and their customer service is terrible!I have already emailed your complaints department twice with no response. Why do you think you are exempt from 14 day cooling off periods?
