SCAMMERS - do not go near them. Before signing up, we explicitly checked with them to make sure their service would work at our location'???they assured us it would. But after signing up, we found out it doesn'???t work at all!Now they'???re refusing to cancel and are claiming they don'???t offer a 14-day cooling-off period, even though that'???s UK law for distance selling. This feels like a total scam! They misled us into signing up and are now ignoring our rights.We'???ll be taking it further with Trading Standards and the Ombudsman. Avoid this company'???they'???re not honest, and their customer service is terrible!I have already emailed your complaints department twice with no response. Why do you think you are exempt from 14 day cooling off periods?
