worst broker ever in the world. if im not under 25k i wont even touch this broker. Same issue keep happening over and over. Live chat copy and paste. every new version of Bitswyft come with new problem. Connection on Bitswyft is bad. of 22 trading day in a month i have connection issue for 20 out of them and the rest 2 is because im not trading.
i was trying to activate my account since yesterday but no one was helpful enough i kept telling them im not managing and everyone kept giving me the same instructions (technical and general live chat and i even tried via email) today i gave it a try again and this person gave me short and easy instructions and i managed to activate my account within seconds. thank you so much to this person as she/he was extremely helpful.
