Laggy / Crashy Platform

UPDATE: 17 SEP 24As you can see from these dates, these issues are of little interest to Bitswyft. But yesterday they requested TrustPilot to get further info from me - presumably in the hope I would not bother, and so allow them to have my review deleted. No such luck. In fact I have further details to add to my review here.In June I suffered another financial loss to to the failure of their trading platform. I confess I lost patience, and asked why nobody had bothered to update me since my last complaint. I may have used strident terms. There was no apology, no conciliatory tone; merely "we'll update you when we've fixed it". Not having encountered such abysmal professionalism in the trading industry before, I asked to speak with the manager, Morgan, who ultimately advised me curtly that if I was unhappy with the arrangement, I could close my account.I've since moved my activities as she suggested, and my stress levels are much improved!UPDATE: 06 MAY 24I'm now REDUCING my rating to the lowest possible.Today during IntraDay trading period, their "ProCharts" stopped working leaving their customers effectively blind.--Laggy software, clunky trade entry options, sometimes the connection gets lost altogether and nothing works - not the platform for momentum/scalp traders! Don't expect so much as an apology from the support staff when you lose hundreds or more because of the system failures. And the fee structure shown on their FAQ is not the one used to charge you. They will point to some other part of the site to qualify the hoops you need to jump through to actually get "zero fees" - suffice to say, your trades won't qualify.I'll be reverting to the industry leader's platform.

The best by far!

It is the best customer experience, especially with brokers and similar companies in this domain. Fast, reachable 24/7, reliable, very efficient and helpful. My account was opened within an hour. All great.I hope not to change my mind after a year!
