Frequent platform freezes. Charts not loading. lvl2 and chart lag. Have been a client for 6 months day trading almost every day. Happened to be in a position, platforms not accepting order to close my position and customer support unable to do that. Be aware of pressing the order buttons multiple times, if the order does not appear check the web or phone platforms, it might have went thru; and so you might end with abnormal size and do not even know that. Also there's plenty of fees, if you are using this to daytrade or hold shorts overnight and have an account <5k, fees will take a too large chunck of your profits so unless you predict the future it will be extremely hard to grow account. Use this only if you are learning to trade and have no other choices (i.e. below PTD) but expect to lose your capital and slowly bleed out of commissions, fees and high priced locates.
