They enticed me in with a high offer of ?182, then once I sent my phone off, revised it down to ?60.50(!). Once I rejected that, they increased the offer to ?85, and again to ?120. I ended up selling the phone for ?150 with Mazuma.The business plan is clear, initial high offer to get you to send your phone away and then hope that you can't be bothered with the hassle and accept a fraction of that. A disgusting practice.

reclaimit cyber got me a full refund from TSB, although it wasn't as straightforward as it should have been because the bank initially made a deduction they had no right to do, so they didn't pay me the full amount I was due. However, reclaimit cyber went back to them and eventually recovered the outstanding amount, which impressed me as it showed they were prepared to go the extra mile. I couldn't be happier with them.

Too long to rectify a manufacturing fault, too interested in going on leave, all it would have taken was a phone call but I had to call head office after 4wks to get anyone interested. Terrible customer service from the branch, they gave me a courtesy car covered in bird droppings and no tools in the car. When I returned the car it was 100% cleaner than when given to me. As it turns out instead of a long drawn out fight with Nissan the dealership took it on themselves to have the manufacturing fault rectified so my previous review was not correct so I have to give them 4* for doing the repair off their own back so thank you Glyn Hopkins Chelmsford Nissan
