Unjustified Account Disabling & Poor Customer SupportI’ve been using Payoneer for over 10 years as a freelance graphic designer, primarily to receive payments from platforms like Adobe Stock. Recently, without any specific reason or clear explanation, my account was disabled.What’s more frustrating is that Payoneer doesn’t provide any professional timeline for resolution. Their support team takes a long time to respond, and when they do, the replies are often vague and scripted. Despite multiple attempts, I didn’t receive any real solution or transparency about what went wrong.I’ve always followed their rules and maintained proper documentation. Disabling a long-standing, verified account without specific clarification is both unfair and disappointing.I expected more from a financial service provider that claims to support freelancers. Highly disappointed.
