Awful. Paid ?350 online and booked MOT/Service. Had at least 6 calls/texts to say please bring car at 0830. Turn up at Ipswich 0830 to be told it couldn't happen today and would have to return car at another date. They couldn't ring me as they didn't have my number. My response "but you called and texted me". That's not us that's the central system??? The booking agent then made me feel like an idiot, and that it was all my fault. I cancelled on the spot to be told my money will be returned in two weeks. Honestly, what??? I will never spend another penny with these clowns.

Optical express Lincoln helped me on my way to laser eye surgery at the Nottingham branch by offering all the advice and guiding me through the steps required. They also make a good cuppa and honest straight up conversation. Yes ita€™s expensive and Ia€™m not rich, but this was such a good decision to go ahead with the procedure.

Event cancelled without any communication whatsoever. Had to find out from a member of the public at the gates of the event at 5pm. We even received a text message at 4:43pm to say that timings had changed slightly. No communication from Ticketmaster or the event organisers to let us know the event was cancelled. The weather forecast had not changed since 9am, my elderly parents travelled 5 hours that morning. The serious lack of communication is shocking
