What an excellent experience

What an excellent experience, amazing persistence and patience exihibited by their agent, Vasu. Air India had cancelled their flight on 1 leg and Vasu worked with me and Air India to find an alternative trip and ensured that I get to Hyd without a hitch.Thanks Indian Eagle and their agent Vasu in particular.
