Review of LedgerZ
I had been using this wallet for 5 years with only minor issues, I put my complete trust in this wallet and company but on the 3rd of June 2023 my world came crashing down, I would not normally write a negative review but AW has not given us victims any answers, no identifying the exploit, as yet no compensation plan for a hack that was on their platform. While they claim to be investigating its has now been well over a month without any courteous update to the stolen funds to victims, the only thing we have seen so far is tweets in the early stages ( now deleted ) and one which tries to marginalize the number affected users without any proof of their claim to the actual number of total users of this wallet, many thousands of people worldwide have been affected - lives ruined, my life's savings are gone and I am relying on the goodwill of others, no or minimal communication might be acceptable where they are from but its not for the rest of the world. To my horror they are still making this wallet available to download on Google and other platforms, the responsible and etherical thing for them to do is to stop the downloads they properly identify and remedy the exploit. I will change my review in the future when 1) they make victims whole , refund-compensate, like any reputable company would.2) remedy the exploit.They can restore their good name, its up to them how they treat people and this event.
