Rude and offensive staff

Rude, offensive member of staff. Refused to accept a baby seat returned under a product recall notification. Despite the email from customer services clearly saying "we will accept all Nyala seats returned, even if the code is unclear." the return was refused.The member of staff was extremely rude, saying I should have read the email properly and denying the email said what it does.When I said I would feedback to customer services, he shrugged and said "It will just to come back to me anyway so go ahead".
