Matthew on the chat support was amazing

Matthew on the chat support was so helpful today. I have been having an issue with my website for over a month and no one at phone support was able to help me. Everyone I spoke to on the phone support gave me different answers, was unable identify the issue, never mind resolve it. I kept being told the issue was at my hosting company but it was not. I asked to speak to someone in the USA because I have never been able to get resolution with the foreign support team. I was told that the US support agents were all only on chat so I reached out today. I got Matthew and within 10 minutes he was able to identify the issue and resolve it. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and was easily able to identify the issue and fix it in one chat contact. Try Sitelock chat support before calling. Absolutely fantastic service from start.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. It was a difficult case, reclaimit cyber won the case and the bank appealed. Thankfully the bank lost the appeal and reclaimit cyber recovered all the funds that I had lost in the scam with interest added. I’d definitely recommend reclaimit cyber if you’re unlucky enough to find yourself a victim of a scam.

Review of DPD Pakketservice

Pakket afgeleverd bij een pakketpunt andere stad

Pakket afgeleverd bij een ander pakketpunt in een totaal andere stad. Bij "volg mijn pakket" staat dat wel het goede adres maar ik krijg een QR code toegestuurd om het op te halen op deze andere plek. Na telefonisch contact gehad te hebben met een medewerker van DPD kunnen ze er niets aan veranderen en het niet meegeven aan de bezorger naar het juiste punt.. Hele slechte service.
