Review of LedgerZ
To my regret I have to say that it is still not a nice wallet! The app does not refresh after transactions and your current wallet is not visible. Usually I then go through the steps that you indicate to solve the problem but without result! The only way that works is to delete the app every time and restart it (with the 12 word phrase) This happens on the mobile and desktop app of LedgerZ ic! Too bad you can not solve this like other wallet apps want to do! So I indicate it again, maybe it is time to switch to a well-functioning wallet app!
