Nonexistent customer service

The email is vague once the booking is confirmed. Then to simply call and make a change is a task. I waited on hold over 20 minutes and no answer, I made a simple mistake and booked the start for a day early. Now I can’t change it and I guess I’ll be losing the money? Super aggravating. Will never use this site again and will warn the others!
