Review of Bitswyft
Customer service I've found is generally very good and responsive especially using the web chat. The browser software platforms are a mixed bag and not as good in regards to stability or usability compared to other brokers. You can trade on them, but about 10% of the time you will get some kind of drama. Do not use ZeroWeb. Bitswyft is free and works much better. Borrow fees and commissions are mixed, sometimes good, sometimes exorbitant.
