Takes WEEKS to deliver!!

Last couple of times I’ve had parcels delivered by Evri they have taking weeks to deliver with not communication as to where my parcels are. Twice I was told they tried to deliver which was lies as I was in the house both times! I would pay the extra to get delivery from anyone other than Evri!

Excellent Service from Zwelethu

I called to renew my contract with BOnline. Zwelethu dealt with my renewal. He placed me on hold a few times to double check details. I feel he was extremely thorough and I didn't mind taking a little extra time to ensure that the contract was right for me. I thoroughly recommend BOnline to anyone. I wouldn't renew if I wasn't totally happy with the service they provide.

Missing coins and customer service closed tickets without doing anything

I have raised 2 cases, had two closed, reopened one and still had it closed without actioning my issue. At the start of my first case I was going to give amazing feedback due to the response time and sorting my issue only to find they did nothing

I went to the Gillingham store after.

I went to the Gillingham store after seeing the sofa I liked online, I was assisted by Kami who answered all of my questions. Once I had made my mind up he filled in all the paperwork explaining everything in detail to me. Can'???t fault the customer service in this store. Cannot comment on my sofa as I am waiting for delivery which is scheduled to come earlier than i expected, thank you Furniture Village!
