Their Support team is so generously kind and empathetic that they even gave me a few trons for free in my wallet after my USDT-TRX required some on-chan fee that I was not aware of. This was done by Alex from Coin ward Wallet's support team. Transaction History is kept in chronological order and the video guides are nicely represented with pleasing and relatable thumbnails.
