Your deception has been reported to the FTC and the Attorney General for the state of Virginia where you have a nexcess. Well, Siteground just shot themselves in the foot today. They instituted a fee now to talk to support. No other company does this, but them. Abandon ship we say. They just lost our business and 989 client websites from hosting. We'll be moving all of our apps of their servers as well.What a horrible decision by their management team. Horrible. Their AI chat is never right either. We've been with Siteground for so many years and now this. Bad decision. They also lacked the ability to download or work local anyway. Where so many other hosts offered it. Hosts with the same type of Google cloud computing servers.Stay away from Siteground folks. You'll be happy you did.
