I am old and find this app too complicated and now they want ID confirmation but their system fails because I do not have passport driving licence or residents permit ( which is not applicable to me anyways ) Now they have changed their minds and say council tax bill is allowed if issued within last year not as initially stated 3 months My time and hassle--ongoing There does not appear to be an option to upload council tax proof of ID in your app only Passport Driving Licence or Resident permit accepted more hassle and more negative Trustpilot review 15Nov 25 T212 do not have the facility for me to verify my ID and are messing me about. I have explained situation to them and still they send same reponse
