cannot get souvenirs

Firstly, it was a fantastic day. I am extremely satisfied with it. Thank you very much.There is one problem. We Japanese could not download the Ticketmaster app and could not download the souvenir tickets. We were not able to get souvenirs on site where they did not contact the management when we informed them about this at the venue. This was the same for both days, 4 and 5 July. So I have not received my souvenirs. I am already back in Japan, is it possible to have the souvenirs sent to me?

Shame you have to give a star at all. Still waiting for my order a month on and no response from customer service. I wont use them again and now have to try and get my money back that they took without any delay!

Feels like a scam

First purchase from this company and had a disappointing experience. After requesting a return or exchange, they only offered a gift card. When I went to use it, I noticed prices were increased and additional shipping fees were added. Customer service took over a week to respond, leaving me frustrated. I won’t be shopping here again and would not recommend it.
