Review of Guestreservations
I used this site, like many it seems, assuming it was the official hotel website. You’re shown one price, and then when it comes to the actual payment, they added in my case €80 of “fees” and only showed this in very small text in the terms and conditions of the payment. This is actually illegal per the UK Digital Markets Act in 2024.So far, they have ignored both requests for a refund sent through the online form.
