Review of Bitswyft
Joined Bitswyft after being told by their customer services that a specific stock I wanted to buy was tradeable on their account.I wired money in AND PAID THE WIRE IN FEEI tried to trade the stock. It wasn't tradeable. Customer services then told me it wasn't possible.I transferred my money out AND PAID THE WIRE OUT FEEThe follow up emails sent about this issue have just fobbed me off. If the wiring fee were waived I would have respected the company's position a lot more and not felt the need to write poor reviews.I think you can all understand why this broker is a disappointment to me and so many others.
