Review of Payoneer

Terrible customer support – avoid Payoneer at all costs

I’ve been trying to verify my account for over 2 months, and it’s been an absolute nightmare. They rejected a mobile phone contract bill as a proof of address — and when I sent a valid document issued on March 3, they claimed it was "expired" because it was older than 3 months. even though today is June 3. That’s just nonsense. To make matters worse, there’s no proper support. The chatbot is useless, not even AI-powered, and there’s no easy way to talk to a real person. I had to call them and spend over 20 minutes on the phone just to explain something that should’ve taken 2 minutes to fix. This whole experience has been a huge waste of time. If you’re thinking about using Payoneer - please don’t. It’s just not worth the frustration.Edit: Payoneer response asking me to follow chatbot prompt: doesn't take me anywhere, it enters in a loop of badly design chatbot, that will link me to "articles". Honestly, not point in having the chatbots to link you to FAQ. You should know better. About strictly compliance rules, I fully understand. However, make it clear what is acceptable and what is not. If you say a document can't be older than 3 months old, a document issued on March 3, should still be valid on June 3. You can't simple tell me this is expired. Also, the document issued by government authorities. Edit2: as the company replied this review, they again declined my address verification document. A clear document, bank statement, with logo, from last month, full name, full details, rejected without any explanation. So can you really believe Kiara's word down here? They don't take anything seriously. If they would, they would explain at least why the bloody document was rejected. What a nightmare
