Review of Bitswyft
Got into a position to short. Set a stop limit order cover for profit and stop loss. Hit my cover-for-profit target, order does not execute. Position reverses hits stop loss. Wipes 50% of the profit I made that day. Talked to customer service. The response is fast. But would not give an accurate answer. Tells me the reason my order would not execute is because of low volume. When all the others who placed the order at the same time get executed. The positive things about this platform are quick customer service and short locates. Negatives - Execution, high commission charges.Be very cautious trading with the platform.
