My Payoneer balance has been blocked for over 8 days due to an “internal review.” Support keeps repeating the same scripted messages without solving the issue. One agent even admitted that my case hadn’t escalated properly at first.Live chat often goes silent for 1 hour or more, and I still haven’t received any clear update. This has disrupted my business and damaged my trust in the platform.I expect Payoneer to be more transparent, communicate clearly, and resolve issues promptly.Right now, I cannot recommend Payoneer to other freelancers or businesses until they improve their support and stop freezing accounts without reason.
