I got a response pretty quickly. Idk what worked cs I retried off & on for at least a day & nothing worked. All of a sudden I was able to do my transaction. I appreciate the help in a prompt way. Idk jack about this stuff but I want in on the game & I'll learn as I go!Thank you!Nancy
