Pioneer keeps rejecting information submitted for yearly annual verification process, card slash acc

So, this all started when Payoneer blocked my account and disabled my card pending me submitting a document for their annual verification process. I've been working with the same clients for the past 10 years, and each year when they ask for verification, I have no documents to submit except the ones that I have been submitting for the previous years which have been accepted with no issue.Now, for some reason, since disabling my account on May 18th, and me submitting contracts, invoices, the URL address for the website(s) that I freelance on, they have been going around and around with their requests, randomly rejecting all these things that they had accepted in previous years, and majorly frustrating me. As a result, what should have taken a couple of days has now stretch out into a week of this bullshit, and me not knowing what the hell to submit to them, because they are rejecting things that they had accepted previously.Now, I am confused and angry and do not know how to proceed, and my urgent situation that I need to take care of with a payment that I'm trying to receive from my client is now being thwarted because of Payoneer.First, they said that the contract that they need between me and my latest client, (and which I had to contact my client to draft up and have us both sign) was not a valid contract and so, not acceptable. Then, I was advised that I can just submit an invoice instead. So, I submitted a copy of an older invoice for this client from a couple of years back, plus an invoice I generated for the latest job from last month that I was waiting to send off until they released my card.Now, I just got a notification that the invoice does not suit their request, just like the contract didn't suit their request, just like the URL address didn't suit their request, which is preposterous, and they're just making me angry at this point, because I have a funeral to attend on Saturday and I needed this money FROM LAST WEEK to collect the packages for that funeral, and Payoneer keeps messing around with me.I'm just so angry and annoyed right now, because this has been going on for over a week, and I am done and fed up with this. I now have ONE DAY LEFT to get my payment from this client before they close for the weekend, and without that money, I'm not able to collect these funeral packages, and I am about to be majorly screwed because Payoneer is just randomly refusing/rejecting things that were not an issue in previous years.I don't appreciate being stonewalled when it comes to serious situations in my life, and the fact that I cannot get my money to do my business despite submitting everything that this company is asking for, and also that I'm now down to the very last day before this event and I still don't have my purchases that I made specifically for this event is really pissing me off, and I'm extremely upset right now.I don't hear back from customer service in a prompt manner, the one person that reached out to me to whom I sent off yet another document that they randomly asked for after rejecting the last thing I sent, I suspect that another customer service rep is going to respond telling me that what I submitted is invalid, despite me having submitted that and having it accepted/approved the last time it was submitted.I need someone to reach out personally to me to sort this out, or else I'm closing this account and finding an alternative, because I'm extremely fed up with this process. It seems automated/robotic, not being overseen by a real person, and it's seriously affecting my real life right now, and my real life is not automated or controlled by a bot. So this is very frustrating.P.S. newest request: now, they're requesting visual identification - whatever the hell that is. At this point, this is just a bunch of automated shit that can be rejected for reasons I have no clue about. I'm just so over this right now.
