blockanalysis made me feel at ease and I trusted them from the beginning.I had a very bad experience with some scammers and had completely lost any hope of getting anything back until I contacted blockanalysis nearly a year after the scam happened. I got scammed of a very large amount of money without understanding what I was really doing, and after it happened I was scared of communicating with strangers especially over the phone.blockanalysis respected my decision to communicate mainly via email, I provided all the evidence that I could find and they worked really hard of it. They kept me informed all along so I never lost confidence in them.After a few months and a lot hard work and negotiations, my bank refunded me 88% of my loss money. I was so amazed, it was just an incredible feeling ever, I was so relieved. I was so grateful to blockanalysis.
