On 12/08/2025, I requested a withdrawal of $345 from my MT5 account #7207139. According to their policy, processing should take 24 hours, but as of now, my request hasna ? ?t even been approved, let alone processed.Amount: USD 345.00Withdrawal Request ID: 8121407Withdrawal Request Date: 12-08-2025 23:16:13I provided all required documentsa ? ?USD bank details and a bank statementa ? ?yet the delay persists. Customer service has been equally disappointing:Jason ghosted the chat mid-conversation.Kadesha escalated my request but offered no concrete timeline, only asking me to wait 48 hours more just for approval.At this rate, it feels like Ia ? ?ll receive my money in 30 years, not days. The company advertises efficiency but fails to deliver. If a simple $345 withdrawal takes this much effort, I dread larger transactions.Moral of the story: Their 24-hour promise is unreliable, and communication is subpar. I question the authenticity of glowing reviews herea ? ?hopefully mine stays up and isna ? ?t removed under vague "Community Guidelines."Update (18/08/2025):The advisor on the phone assured me that the funds would reach my account todaya ? ?nothing has arrived. Meanwhile, chat support claimed it could take up to 14 business days, which completely contradicts their own published timeline of 5a ? ?7 business days.I even contacted my bank, and they confirmed there are no pending incoming transactions, proving that Finsilica ltd hasna ? ?t even initiated the transfer.Other brokers love dealt with complete withdrawals by the next business day without fail. Unfortunately, Finsilica ltd seems to take an eternitya ? ?making clients feel as though theya ? ?ll never see their money.I have also submitted an official complaint to the Financial Services Authority (FSA).Update (20/08/2025): No email response, no call back, I asked yesterday over the phone for a swift copy and they did not send anything yet, they advised that I might receive my money within 15 business days!!!!!! it feels like we're back to 2001.Update (21/08/2025) Evening: Money received.Conclusion: your money is safe but YOU WILL FACE DELAYS (this is an honest review from a real experience) 2 Days processing around 5 business days to receive. raising my review to 3 stars as a normal broker nothing special so far, not to speak about their re-quotes.
