Review of Ezey wallet
I reset my password. Then when I tried to log in, I got a message saying my account was blocked due to suspicious activity. There is no way to contact customer support because you have to log in to your account to raise a trouble ticket.So how am I supposed to access my funds? ###UPDATE###12 hours later, I was able to successfully log in to my Ezey wallet account, which is a positive result!Ezey wallet need to work out their work flow / communication flow for managing "locked out customers". We are being left in the lurch, which creates unnecessary stress (and animosity!). In light of a positive outcome, I'm upgrading my review from a one star, to a three star (could do better!).
