Review of Payoneer

Payoneer treats customers badly

I got the impression that Payoneer treats its customers badly, for a month and a half they can't check the documents in the verification center, rejecting the screenshots provided, while they can't give the reasons for the rejection, they also blocked the payment, but I provided all the documents and screenshots, I have already sent the 5th screenshot and have been waiting for more than 12 days, technical support throws up their hands and asks to wait for verification.I find it unacceptable that the financial service has blocked my $3,000 transfer and restricted both incoming and outgoing transactions without clear explanation or proper communication. I have submitted all the necessary documents and screenshots to Payoneer (and I am also ready to join a video call to present all documents live), but it feels like I am being ignored and the company is not interested in its clients. It has been a month and a half, and the issue still remains unresolved, even though the review was supposed to take only three days. I sincerely hope for a prompt and fair resolution. If the matter is resolved satisfactorily, I am willing to revise my review accordingly. (Otherwise, I will be seeking legal assistance.)
